2024 multi-family Design Awards - 1st project free till 7/15

Building Multi-Family is excited to announce the 2024 Design Awards.  Before submitting please note the following.  

• All Projects Must be Submitted by October 1st, 2024.
• A total of 6 awards will be awarded.  Categories are broken out into new construction and renovation and awards will be given for high-rise, mid-rise, and low-rise construction.  Projects must be leasing at time of project submission.
• Submissions will be judged by a panel of peers along with points given for features such as resiliency or sustainability being incorporated into the structure.
• The top project in each state will also be highlighted on the website and social media.
• Winners will be announced virtually on November 1st.

2. After the initial project information is submitted you will be provided a link to the award submission template and payment information.  First Project Entry is Free with additional projects $50.00 until 7/15.  Full pricing being $150.00 to submit a project.
